What: A 6 week roadmap to a healthier you!

Where: Lutheran Church Portables - 216 Main. St
Cost: It is our intention to make this program available to all so a cost will not be changed. Study Guides (retail CAD$15.00) will be provided to all participants. If you are able and would like to make a donation to the Centre to offset some of the costs of the guides we would accept with gratitude.
